For site language, we support switching between these 8 languages: English, German, Spanish, Polish, Italian, French, Portuguese and Hindi. For chat languages, the number of supported languages will depend on your service plan
In the free plan you can manage the list of children you have added. However, you will not be able to see their Cognitive Assessment Review table

Your subscription will automatically be renewed each month for monthly plans and each year for annual plans until you cancel your plan.

Your plan will automatically be switched to the Free plan at your next renewal date. While we don't offer refunds, your paid plan will remain active at its current plan through the end of the billing period that you’ve already paid for
